ELIZABETH Hurley stole my lover and then left her panties in his bed - so claims Hurley's friend, Charlotte Lewis. The raven-haired stunner from Eddie Murphy's "The Golden Child" calls Hurley "a nasty little piece of work" for snatching her man out from under her even while Hurley was still involved with Hugh Grant. Lewis, 35, tells a British TV documentary that she was having an idyllic relationship with video producer William Annesley until Hurley set her sights on him. "She started flirting with my boyfriend, and I was getting more and more upset," she says. At one point, Lewis claims she found Hurley's underwear in Annesley's bed. "I wanted to get revenge," Lewis recalls. So she Fed Ex'ed Hurley's lingerie to Grant, who was shooting on location in New Zealand, along with a note "asking her to please stop bleeping my boyfriend." Annesley says his fling with Hurley was purely sexual: "It was a relationship based on lust. If I went over to her place or she came to mine, we both knew why we were there." Hurley's rep calls the allegations "fictitious."
