Chili Pepper warms up Heidi

Just days after announcing her separation from hairdresser hubby Ric Pipino, hardbodied Heidi Klum sought solace in the tattooed arms of Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis.

The Victoria's Secret stunner jetted to Australia last week to rendezvous with Kiedis, whose band was on tour there. Klum spent Friday riding on the back of Kiedis' brand-new silver Harley-Davidson around Sydney and Bondi Beach. In Bondi, the couple were spotted cuddling and kissing in a cafe.

"They weren't looking at the view, that's for sure," one source clucked to Sydney's Daily Telegraph.

After their canoodle session, Klum and Kiedis jumped on his Harley and sped back to their hotel when it started to rain. On Thanksgiving night, Klum, 29, and Kiedis, 40, ditched the rest of the band to take a romantic twilight bridge climb.

An Aussie paparazzo snapped pictures of the touchy-feely twosome, and the photos have been snapped up by Us Weekly and People for big bucks.

When we called Pipino, 43, at his salon at the Shore Club Hotel in Miami Beach, the cuckolded clipper referred us to Klum's New York publicist Desiree Gruber, who declined comment.

On Nov. 25, Gruber announced that Klum and her hubby of five years had undergone a "mutual and amicable" split and had not divorced.

Kiedis has a reputation of plowing through models like party snacks. He was once hot and heavy with Revlon stunner Jaime Rishar. And last July, a PAGE SIX spy spotted 18-year-old model Ardasha Benjamin leaving the Mercer Hotel on Kiedis' arm the morning after the Chili Peppers played Ellis Island.

At the time, Kiedis was still reeling from the collape of his four-year relationship with girlfriend Yohanna Logan. The breakup inspired some of the melancholy melodies on the band's latest album, "By the Way." Kiedis has blamed the bust-up on his desire to have kids and Logan's wanting to wait.

"As much as I was in love with my girlfriend," he told reporters while promoting the album, "I was kind of dissatisfied that it [the marriage] wasn't moving to the place where a family could come out of it."

But even if Kiedis gets serious with Klum, we wonder if the lingerie lovely would want to jeopardize her perfect figure. Nicknamed "The Body" for her ample curves, the German juggernaut earned $4.5 million in modeling fees last year alone.

Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney Ann Rundle, who prosecuted Ryder's shoplifting case, has submitted court paperwork outlining her recommended sentence for the sticky-fingered actress.

That the D.A. wants Ryder on three years' probation isn't a surprise. Neither is the call for fines, restitution, counseling and community service. No, the big revelation is the virtual pharmacy the actress was toting around in her designer handbag when she went bargain hunting in the Beverly Hills Saks Fifth Avenue last December.

"During the booking procedure," Rundle recounts in her five-page document sent to Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox on Monday, "Beverly Hills Police discovered the following narcotics in [Ryder's] possession: liquid Demerol, liquid Diazepam, Vicoprofen, Percodan, Valium, Morphine Sulfate and Endocet (containing Oxycodone)."

According to the court documents (which can be found online at The Smoking Gun), Ryder was able to come up with prescriptions for all
the drugs except the Endocet. However, several of the pills were prescribed to her under the alias of Emily Thompson.

Ryder was initially rung up on felony possession of a controlled substance for the painkiller to go along with the shoplifting-related felony counts of grand theft, commercial burglary and vandalism. But the drug charge was dropped before the case went to trial.

Explains Rundle, "Just prior to trial, the defense presented a declaration from a physician admitting that he had provided the Endocet to the defendant without a prescription as part of claimed treatment. In light of this claim, the People moved to dismiss that count in the interest of
justice."

At the time of her arrest, her attorney said Ryder needed medication after breaking her arm on a movie shoot.

When asked Tuesday whether the doctors who gave Ryder and her
Emily Thompson alter ego the various medications would be investigated
for possible wrongdoing, a spokesperson for the D.A.'s office said, "I
cannot comment on that right now."

Last month, a 12-person, Industry-equipped jury found Ryder guilty of grand theft and vandalism. She was acquitted of commercial burglary. Ryder, 31, is due to don one of her tasteful ensembles and head to the
90210 courthouse Friday.

Although the two-time Oscar nominee faced up to two years in jail for being a first-time felon, Judge Fox will likely follow the prosecutor's advice and put Ryder on probation for three years, order her to pay $6,355.40 restitution to Saks and an additional $20,000 in various fines and make her serve 60 days of community service.

If Rundle has her way, Ryder will be required to submit to a search at any time during her probation, with or without a warrant.

The actress will also be forbidden from using any moniker other than her given name, Winona Horowitz, or her more famous stage name. That means no more prescriptions for Emily Thompson.

Finally, Rundle wants Ryder to "cooperate with her probation officer in a plan for both drug and psychiatric counseling."

There was no immediate comment Tuesday from Ryder's camp.
