Dear all,
The company I work for will close its doors in a few hours, and we will all leave the building till January2 ! I'm afraid this humble weblog will be on hiatus as well till this date. I realise that it's precisely when everything else is closed that people need the Internet the most, and I'm really sorry about it. But I can't post this amount of information from home, and besides, I'll be in the Alpes most of the time...

I'll log on from time to time to check comments, letters and possible bugs. I leave you with tons of scans and stuff, and I wish you all happy holidays and a great new year 2003, wherever you are!

We'll begin with this advance copy of the infamous bootleg ad for Dior Addict, starring Liberty Ross. As you may remember, Dior tried to spin rumours about a more provocative version of its already controversial ad.

It seems to me it is just a different cropping of the same picture. In the original ad, you can't see what's Liberty doing with her left hand. In this previously unpublished version, you can see that Liberty has the bottle inside her bikini, and because of her pose you see more skin. It is a very sexy picture, no doubt, but the difference between the two ads is minor. The bootleg ad is scheduled to run in selective mags next month. I've uploaded a bigger scan here.
