How low-market can you get?

The revived Us Weekly will get new competition on its flank while fighting the giant People for more celeb-loving readers.
InTouch Weekly, set to launch late next month, is described by sources as a softer version of Us that also looks like the Wenner Media title.
InTouch executive editor Steve LeGrice confirmed the focus: "It'll be a positive and upbeat. We're not out to dig dirt."
Bauer Publishing USA, whose First for Women and Woman's World sell more than 1 million copies each on newsstands, plans million-plus printings of InTouch, at $1.99 a copy - a buck cheaper than Us and $1.30 less than People.
Joining the startup are Nadia Cohen, a show-biz writer with London's Daily Mail, and Dan Wakeford, news editor of the popular British celeb mag Heat. Richard Spencer, who ran Bauer's recently folded Soap Opera Update, is editor in chief.
InTouch will target women in their 20s and 30s with Hollywood news and brief, celeb-pegged articles about health, beauty and such.
