a tale of two ads

Same magazine, same issue, same cover, precisely the same contents, and yet one is 400 pages, and one only 240. The only difference between the US and the UK editions of Vanity Fair are the ads. In the November issue, for example, the US edition has a 6-pages advertisement by Tiffany jewelery in which Shalom Harlow looks so sweet you want to offer to marry her immediately (I've uploaded one of the pics here). But the British readers of the mag had no right to see it (and, presumably, to rival US readers over Shalom's hand). But at the same place, in the same issue, the UK edition has a completely different jeweler, Fennell, and certainly a very different ad . I thought at first sight this naked lady is Naomi Campbell, but now I'm not so sure. It's a rare ad even by European standards, a full frontal nude looking very natural, no b/w and no crossed legs, no crude lighting and no shaved genitals. The model shows a small belly, and clear bikini lines, somehow contributing to the full nudity effect. To top this, another female model, nude as well, is seen in a lesbian-inspired gesture. It's the kind of pictures American readers are not supposed to see. So here you go.
