The Haute Couture week is under way here in Paris, and reading the reviews you would think the most important thing yesterday was that Liz Hurley showed up front row at Dior with a new boyfriend (Arun Neyla).

But for this humble weblog, the clear trend is the return to classic (and older) supermodels, at the expense of young (and trendier) girls.

So it's good bye to those Belgian mini-stars and hello again to Carla Bruni (!), Stella Tenant (straight from her third successful pregnancy) and of course Laetitia Casta, who closed the JPG show (pic above). Still, I recognised Yfke Sturm and others. I'll try to scan more later.
