HER amazing curves launched one of the most successful ad campaigns in history.
Men even crashed their cars as they admired her 36B bust after it was plastered on kerbside billboards with the slogan "Hello Boys".
But, as our pictures show, something dramatic has happened to Wonderbra girl Eva Herzigova since she wowed the world five years ago.
The 29-year-old Czech beauty has lost her sensational figure and become a pale shadow of her former self.
She was barely recognisable as she stepped on to the catwalk at Milan Fashion Week yesterday looking gaunt and thin.
Shocked onlookers gazed in disbelief as she paraded her new waif-like, flatter-chested look for leading designer Missoni.
"What's happened to her?" gasped one former fan. "Where are her boobs?"
Insiders reckon Eva has shed more than a stone and dropped a number of bra sizes. One fashion editor even unkindly dubbed her "Eva Herzi-goner", adding: "When I embraced her backstage it was like hugging a bag of bones."
Some say Eva may have been feeling the pressure of being on the catwalk with much skinnier models - some of them at least 11 years her junior.
Similar concerns were raised recently when Brazilian model Gisele Bundchen was pictured with her hip and collarbones jutting out.
Some regular fashion-watchers have been less than flattering about Eva's latest stint in Milan.
They say she has appeared lacklustre, despite clinching contracts with big names such as Dolce and Gabbana and Roberto Cavalli.
An insider at D&G said: "We did feature lots of models from the past - including Stephanie Seymour and Amber Valetta - who all looked fabulous.
"But Eva was a lot thinner than usual and looked tired and grumpy."
Eva, who was married to Bon Jovi drummer Tico Torres, 42, for 18 months before they split up, has said she is keen to launch a new career as a film actress.
Perhaps she could get a small part in a remake of Room At The Top.

DONATELLA VERSACE brought Milan Fashion Week to a close last night with a show that put a slightly more feminine refinement on the city's current hot and heavy obsession with sex.
While some of her male counterparts have been lacing their models into skin-tight leather tubes and slashing skirts to barely below the knickerline, Donatella's vibrant use of colour and seriously curvy silhouette was less raunchy but just as sexy as you'd expect from the house of Versace. Britney Spears took the main spotlight, cheered into her front row seat (having been booed in New York), in a sheer, second-skin Versace robe, to watch the latest from both the main line and its little sister, Versus.
And there was plenty to see: clingy fuchsia trouser suits, mini frock coats in lime, tight purple leather mini skirts and multicoloured prints on strapless jersey dresses. Behind the Versace super glamour that produced the standard run of show-stopping, plunging chiffon red carpet gowns, however, there was a hardness this season that revealed a tough new attitude. Trousers came pared at the ankle or featured combat pockets high on the hip and the innocence of a sparkling, chiffon baby doll was belied by a shiny chain mail under-slip.
"It's a new me," Donatella told the Daily Telegraph. "It's tough glamour. Strong, but sophisticated. I want to show that women don't need to wear a boring suite to look important."
