Nicky Hilton’s MTV veejay boyfriend, Brian McFayden, is being called a violent deadbeat dad by the model who had his baby.

Heather Knese, 21, sexy star of the new Escada fragrance ads, broke up with McFayden a year ago, four months after the birth of their son, Dane. She has since obtained a restraining order against him, and their only contact is through his money manager.

Now she tells us she is trying to obtain a permanent order of protection against McFayden, who she says is a deadbeat dad, and she wants full custody of their son.

"He hasn’t paid child support since July, and he’s only seen our son once in the past year," Knese told PAGE SIX’s Jared Paul Stern.

"Then one night I was at Bungalow 8 with some clients, and he told [owner] Amy Sacco he had a restraining order against me, so she came over and said for legal reasons she had to have security escort me out. It was really humiliating."

Knese says she obtained the restraining order because McFayden is "very violent. He has a very violent temper. I’m afraid of him." And she says she plans to sue both him and Hilton for harassment.

"I’ve already filed harassment charges against them with the police, but they said it was a matter for a civil suit," Knese says. "I was at my friend Richie Akiva’s birthday party at Butter in September, and Nicky was calling me all kinds of names."

Knese says McFayden skipped an earlier court date because he claimed he’d broken his foot, but he’s due to face his irate ex in Manhattan Family Court on Nov. 15.

"There hasn’t yet been a DNA finding proving that Bryan is the father," McFayden’s lawyer, Mike Heller, claims. "There’s a lot of open issues."

Heller insists Knese is the one who’s been harassing his client, and says she started the Butter brouhaha.

"As of now, he does have a restraining order against Heather," Heller says.

"But he is a consummate gentleman, and he never would have sought the order if he didn’t feel his life was in danger, if he didn’t feel Heather was out of control. The last thing he wants to do is draw attention to this."

As we reported in August, McFayden and Hilton have moved into his Upper West Side apartment together. Hilton has banned Dane from visiting. The pair most recently appeared in public at Heidi Klum’s Halloween party at Capitale.

Pirelli has revealed yesterday in London its new calendar for 2003. No more "strong women", no more Annie Leibovitz arty pics, back to nudes, nudes, nudes. The alibi is the addition of male models (they are not nude, by the way)

Of course, they didn't use these words. This is from the official press release, I find it hilarious:

The calendar is an ode to freedom, a celebration of the joy of life, an acclamation of unspoilt nature. The true protagonist though is the female personality in its entirety, photographed against an enchanting, unspoilt natural Mediterranean background.

"What I have always loved about Italy is that she is like a mistress: you can’t live with her, but you can’t live without her”, says Bruce Weber. “When Pirelli first asked me to photograph the calendar this time, I decided that I didn’t want too many concepts, I wanted to experience Italy again like I did when I first came with the kids from school. I wanted to see Italy again as a child. I think there is something really beautiful when you see a sense of freedom in a person, a freedom of expression, and a freedom at being a wild child again. About the women: “I wanted to pick those kinds of girls that people have a fantasy about, a fantasy about knowing them. I keep seeing all these women looking at the Pirelli calendar and I think it would be really nice for women and men to be able to look at the calendar and see a guy once in a while. It is a modern theme today – men love women; women love men".

The final result is one the most beautiful calendars ever produced by Pirelli: an extraordinary combination of photographs to be read as a single, natural sequence. A truly unique creation: this is the Pirelli Calendar 2003.

The calendar includes both six-colour and black-and-white photos, with two pictures for each month. The first series of female portraits is accompanied by a second series (on the back) of pictures including also men.
