Aristocratic British model, Stella Tennant, has given her third child, daughter, Jasmine, four-and-a-half months old, her first taste of the fashion life. Stella was cuddling Jasmine backstage at the Chanel haute couture show this morning, in Paris.

Her other two children, son Marcel, four-and-a-half and daughter Cecily, two-and-a-half, have stayed in New York with dad, French photographer David Lasnet. Stella and David were married in a traditional ceremony in the family church on the Scottish Borders in May, 1999.

Stella was resplendent in a pale pink, itsy-bitsy boater and shell-pink embroidered and beaded Chanel gown; Jasmine slightly more dressed-down in Gap Kids striped dungarees and a striped cardigan hand-knitted by her proud Mum.

"With three kids under four, working for five days at couture is a real holiday," she admitted. Asked if she intended to have any more children, Stella smiled: "I hope so."
