This humble weblog was nominated as one of the 10 best weblogs of 2002 by the geeks' cult webblogger, fimoculous.com. There are only two kinds of awards - those that are unimportant, and those that are awarded to you.

Somebody asked me what was SALTYT top-story of 2002, but I can't post a real endyear report because I moved to a different server in the middle of the year. Still, for you lovers of stats and trivia, these are the numbers of the antville.org server:
1. The most popular story was SALTYT November Poll, won at the end by Eva Herzigova - 53,129 readers in all.
2. The most downloaded pic was "One for the ladies" with the nude YSL male model - 49,357 d/l till December 31 (and still counting...). It was also SALTYT biggest scoop, with more than 230 mentions in news sites in the following 24 hours.
3. The most linked-to posting was "SALTYT's Model of the Year" with Jessica Miller, pretty amazing considering it had only a week before the stats closing - 30,437 visitors from outside links.
4. The most lifted picture was "nipple tweeker to the stars" with Jennifer Lopez - 8,653 hot links to external servers.
5. The oldest post to make it into the top-10 till December 31 was "her heart seems gay enough to me", the pop-out pics of Rebecca Gayheart - more than 3,000 hits weekly since October 6.
6. The most popular text-only post was "Will it play in Peoria?", an advance story about "Femme Fatale".
7. The most downloaded models of the year were, in descending order, Rie Rassmussen (more than 80,000 from six different postings), Jessica Miller, Eva Herzigova, Laetitia Casta and Nadine Strittmatter (you can find the posts in the archives, using the "Search" command on the right).
8. And finally, Saltyt closed the year with an average of about 12,000 unique visitors daily, compared with less than 5,000 three months earlier. Thank you all!!! I have tons of updates, but I have also tons of work at the office, as usual after a vacation, I'll try to post more during the weekend!
